At Trustume, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data.

How to request account deletion

For Candidates / Job Seekers:

1. Log in to your Trustume account
2. Go to Settings / Profile section
3. Click on "Delete Account"
4. Submit the deletion request

Once the request is submitted, your account will be permanently deleted within 72 hours.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your profile information will be permanently removed
• Your resume, skills, and personal details will be deleted
• Your job applications and activity history will be removed
• Your account will no longer be accessible

Data Retention

• All user data is completely deleted from our database within 72 hours
• We do not retain any personal data after deletion
• No backup or archived data related to the user is stored

For Recruiters:

Currently, account deletion through the app is not available for recruiter accounts. If you are a recruiter and wish to delete your account, please contact our support team.
